No, there is no minimum age. The only requirement is a valid driver's license. For minors, parental consent is also required.

Yes, the scooter must be returned in the same condition it was rented in. This includes having the scooter fully fueled before returning it.

The rental vehicle must always be returned in the same condition in which it was rented.

The rental vehicle is partially insured by the lessor in accordance with legal requirements with an excess of €150.

(Please note that fully comprehensive insurance cannot be offered for insurance law reasons.)

Any damage caused by the owner must be borne in full by the owner. Damage caused by vandalism is also excluded from insurance and is not covered by the insurance company for scooters.

Please ensure that the scooter is parked in a safe place and secured with the brake lock provided.

The exact conditions (e.g. deductible) for insurance can be found in VII. and VIII. of the General Terms and Conditions.

By paying an additional amount of €8.00 per rental day, the renter can agree to a liability limitation for self-inflicted damage to the rental scooter. In this case, his liability is limited to a maximum of €600.

In the event of damage (accident, other damage to property, loss, etc.), the renter/driver must notify the lessor immediately.

The deposit will be retained until the damage has been resolved and will be refunded after deduction of any costs incurred.

Insurance cover is provided in the event of damage, destruction, total loss or loss of the vehicle including its co-insured parts due to the following events:
